Refund Policy

Refunds

Wombat Window Cleaning does not offer refunds instead has a spotless guarantee.

In person walk through is required before any job to get an accurate assessment of the property and workload.

Customers will receive a full and accurate breakdown of the workload to the cent and any issue or concerns will be noted in the quote.

If any reason should arise wherein issues present themselves (unforeseen Hazards, damaged property such as gutters or windows) that impede the technicians ability to perform their task safely a deduction to the quote will be made, and the customer will be notified.

Spotless Guarantee

At the end of the service customers are given the opportunity to walk through the home to ensure quality, the customer has the right to refuse.

If anything was left behind by the technician, (Spots, Streaks etc.) so long as it is reported to wombat window cleaning within 24 hrs. a technician will return to correct the mistake.

Occurrences such as birds flying into windows, dust from yard or construction work etc. do not constitute a return as this is out of wombat window cleaning control.

Any work happening around the residence that may impact the window cleaning process during or after is on the customer to ensure schedules do not conflict, impede the work in process or effect the finished product.
