By using the website or contacting you consent to follow the abiding by the rules and information provided. By contacting Wombat Window Cleaning you give permission for representatives to contact you regarding quoting and information.
Terms & Conditions
You (customer) agree to interact in a respectful manner to any representatives of Wombat Window Cleaning (Wombat Windows).
You agree to abide by the rule, regulation and procedures (Code) set by Wombat Windows and understand that the Code is designed to protect both you, our representatives and provide efficient service.
You understand that you have a right to transparency and can ask any questions in relation to quoting or services.
Process
After contact has been made between you and Wombat Windows a estimate will take place over the phone or in person "a price given during a walk through is still an estimate until stated on official documentation".

A walk through is required of the property to ensure:
- Accurate count of windows tracks and screens.
- Damage check
- Hazard check
- Specific stains on the glass (Hard water stains)
- Tinted windows
- Prepare for the job

After a walk through is complete, you will receive a quote via email with any concerns or findings labeled in the notes section.
Once the service provided is complete you will be provided opportunity for a walkthrough with the representative to ensure quality you can deny this if you'd like.

Payment is processed via E transfer, POS device or check.

As per our spotless guarantee if drips, streaks or spots should appear you have 24hrs to notify Wombat Windows and we will send a representative to fix the mistake.
Anything caused by means outside Wombat Windows control (Lawn care, wildlife, public services) does not fall in line with the spotless guarantee.
Scheduling, rescheduling & Cancelation
Scheduling will be done after the quote in person, over the phone or via email, the booking can only be confirmed by a wombat windows representative as every job is different and times need to be accurately allocated.
Please ensure cancelations take place at least 48hrs ahead of time there is no financial penalty however for specific jobs there is preparation work.
While rain is a concern at times most of the job can be complete even in light rain if a job is unable to be completed due to rain Representatives will return to finish the job as soon as possible via rescheduling.
